March 2017
– Women Make History

Coinciding with Women's History Month, the trend for March 2017 is all about women ascending to leadership roles - some of whom are making history as a result.

In the Alaska Court of Appeals, Governor Bill Walker appointed Tracey Wollenberg as Judge, marking the first time since its creation in 1980 that the majority of judgeships in this court are held by female justices.

In the Higher Education sector, Heather Gerken marked another milestone when she was named Dean of the Law School at Yale University. Gerken is the 17th dean to preside over Yale Law since its founding in 1826, and the first female to hold that position.

This edition also includes an interim CEO at Tiffany & Co., the U.S. Department of Energy, and many more. Select a content below set to view its Trending Profiles.
