Leadership Directories Launches Upgrade to the Leadership Library® on the Internet
Upgrade Provides More Powerful Search Capabilities, Flexibility

NEW YORK, NY, January 10, 2005 - Leadership Directories, Inc., a leading provider of biographical and contact information on leaders and executives across both the public and private sectors, today announced the launch of version 2.0 of its flagship product, The Leadership Library® on the Internet. The upgraded service allows customers greater flexibility in conducting searches, saving searches, researching backgrounds, and in exporting records, so that they can easily find and retrieve the information that is of greatest importance to their business.

"Most of the enhancements in this upgrade are the direct result of feedback that we received from our customers. Our customers need an easy-to-use tool that will let them zero in on the information they need," said Sue Healy, Leadership Directories' Director of Product Marketing. "Version 2.0 includes 95 new search indices, as well as the ability to save all types of searches, both of which will provide greater speed and precision."

The Version 2.0 upgrade includes new and enhanced features which will enable users to customize their searches and output. Highlights include the ability to save output formats and all types of searches, as well as an advanced search capability, based upon the addition of 95 new search indices. Export capabilities have also increased, and users may now exclude previously exported records from current exports, so that they may identify changes to their search results and manage download limits. The new People Page provides users with a holistic snapshot of an individual's career and current spheres of influence, including the individual's contact details.
