The Winter 2009 edition of the Federal Regional Yellow Book features current listings for the regional offices and installations of the federal government’s departments, independent agencies, and congressional support agencies.

In addition, the Federal Regional Yellow Book features updated listings for United States Embassies, Consulates, and Diplomatic Missions currently operating throughout the world. Below are some highlighted personnel changes that have occurred since the publication of the Summer 2008 edition.
