Published semiannually, the Law Firms Yellow Book provides in-depth coverage of the organizational
structure of the largest U.S.-based law firms practicing general corporate law. The directory focuses on
the management and administration of the firms, including committees, practice groups, and domestic
and foreign offices. The current edition profiles 764 law firms with specific emphasis on the over
24,000 attorneys and administrative personnel responsible for management and decision making. It
also includes biographical information, such as photographs, date of birth, education, and career background
for managing attorneys, as well as over 23,000 individual e-mail addresses.
The Law Firms Yellow Book lists U.S. law firms and their foreign offices. Its companion directory,
the Foreign Representatives in the U.S. Yellow Book, covers the U.S. offices of non-U.S. law firms
and includes U.S. representatives of leading non-U.S. companies and financial institutions, foreign
governments, intergovernmental organizations, and non-U.S. media.
