The Municipal Yellow Book is a semiannual directory of more than 38,000 elected and administrative
officials in the leading city and county governments and local authorities. The Winter 2009 edition
contains senior personnel and organizational changes that have taken place between May 2008 and
November 2008. This edition features 333 cities, 145 counties, and 71 authorities.
The Leadership Directories Pledge
