Renewals

1. When do I need to renew my subscription?
It is never too early to renew your subscription, and you should renew no later than three months before your subscription expires. Renewing promptly will ensure that you do not have any interruption in your service.

2. How do I read my renewal notice?
Starting from the top right you will see the date the notice was mailed to you. The first box contains your account number. Please reference your account number on all correspondence. The box below that contains the name of the publication that is up for renewal and its current expiration date*. Below that are a reference number and a bill code. These numbers should be referenced when renewing online or by telephone. To the left of the publication box is the name and address to which the publication is being shipped. If you have any address changes please reference them in the space provided under the shipping address. The subscription section contains your current subscription information and subscription options for renewing. You can either renew for one subscription or you can fill in the space on the line below it and order additional subscriptions. Directly below that is the automatic renewal option. If you wish to change your subscription please adjust your renewal notice accordingly. Your payment options appear at the bottom of the notice.
*Please note the expiration date reflects when your current subscription expires. It is not the expiration date if you choose to renew.

3. How do I renew?
There are four convenient ways to renew your subscription. 1) You can renew securely online through our web site at https://www.leadershipdirectories.com/order/renewal.aspx. 2) You can fax your renewal instructions to us at (212) 645 0931. 3) You can e-mail your renewal instructions to us at info@leadershipdirectories.com.
4) You can call our customer service staff at (212) 627 4140.

4. What is the difference between an Annual and an Automatic Renewal subscription?
With an automatic renewal, we will renew and invoice your subscription(s) automatically upon expiration. The result: you will never again be bothered by renewal notices, you will never miss an issue, plus you will save 5% of the subscription price.

5. Why did I get a bill or renewal notice when I have already paid for or renewed my subscription?
Most likely, your payment and our notice crossed in the mail. Check the date on the notice to see when it was mailed. If you still have concerns or receive another notice please notify us.

My Leadership Directories Account

1. Why do I need to know my account number?
Having your account number ready before you call helps us handle your questions more efficiently and gets you back to work sooner.

2. Where can I find my account number?
You will find your account number on the mailing label, on invoices, and on renewal notices.

3. How do I read my mailing label?
Your mailing label contains valuable information concerning your subscription. It includes your subscription expiration date, your account number, the title you subscribe to, and your mailing address. The top line of your mailing label starts with your expiration date. For example, the numbers 0401 would mean your subscription expires April 2007. The next three or four letters are an abbreviation for the publication to which you subscribe. For example, FYB stands for the Federal Yellow Book. The next series of numbers is your account number. This series of numbers is followed by a dash (-) and another number. If you subscribed with a purchase order the purchase order number will replace the account number on your mailing label. When calling or writing our customer service department, please reference your account number.

4. How do I read my invoice?
Starting from the top right you will see the date the notice was mailed to you. The first box contains your account number. Please reference your account number on all correspondence. The box below that contains the name of the publication and it's current expiration date. Below that is the date the subscription was ordered and the due date for payment. The last box contains your invoice number and a bill code. These numbers should be referenced when paying online or by telephone. To the left of the publication box is the name and address to which the publication is being shipped. If the shipping address is different from billing address then the billing address will appear first with the shipping information below it. The subscription box contains the amount you are being invoiced for including any additional subscriptions or additional users you may have. Your payment options appear at the bottom of the notice.

5. What if I need to change my address?
To ensure uninterrupted service, please notify us four to six weeks in advance of any address changes. Call us with any change of address or send us your current mailing label along with your new address. Or click here to submit an address change online.

6. What if I miss an issue?
It may happen that an issue is late or missing due to an error or a postal delivery problem. If you miss an issue, or suspect that you have, please notify us immediately. Have your account number and address information ready to reference.

7. What if I receive a duplicate copy of a title when I only subscribe to one?
If you receive duplicate copies of a directory and the mailing labels indicate different account numbers then you probably have a duplicate account. Please notify us immediately of any duplication. Make sure to reference both account numbers.

Subscription Policies

1. Are single issues of a directory available?
No. Our directories and libraries are sold only on a subscription basis. You can, however, purchase profiles of people and organizations listed in our database through Leadership Profiles on Demand™.

2. What are multi-copy subscriptions?
After you order your first subscription, you can save 30% on each additional subscription to the same title mailed to you at the same address.

3. What is your credit/cancellation policy?
